just a quick note to say thanks to everyone who provided transport and/or hospitality over the very long weekend, from thurs in loughrea to the halloween party to dublin and lahinch. There was much food and drink and much relaxing and not enough sleeping.

lots of beer and no exercise makes yoga something something.
